As an automobile engineer you can work in automobile manufacturing industries, production plants, service stations, state road transport corporations, private transport companies, insurance companies, motor vehicle departments etc. You can also move in the field of designing with PG degree in automobile designing, or course in CAD (Computer Aided design), CAM (Automation), ERP, There are lot of MNC in this field - Hyundai, Tata MOTORS, Volkswagen, Volvo, Ashok Leyland, Telco ,Maruti e.t.c You will be part of team who will be a production team, designing, planning, testing, e.t.c in a given automobile company. You can also set up your automobile garage shop or maintenance workshop
